For Our Kids teams and families across the country led or joined actions for a Just Transition this past weekend. Teams held press conferences and ribbon-cutting ceremonies outside of their MP's offices, announcing a newly created "Ministry of Just Transition".

The action was part of a larger campaign for the Canadian government to introduce a Just Transition Act, something Justin Trudeau promised during the 2019 election, but has yet to table. The act would help Canada transition off fossil fuels and build the green economy our kids so desperately need.
