This Canadian government site has a list of programs and materials, many of them government funded.
The EN-ROADS simulator is a global climate simulator that allows users to explore the impact that dozens of policies—such as electrifying transport, pricing carbon, and improving agricultural practices—have on hundreds of factors like energy prices, temperature, air quality, and sea level rise. Very informative - and very cool!

Climate reporting by school districts
The way schools report on their carbon emissions varies across Canada. In BC, for example, all schools are required to report on their emissions and based on that information, calculate the amount of carbon tax owing. That amount must then be spent on energy efficiency measures. Many districts post these reports on their websites; or you can look them up by district at this link (scroll down to K12)
