
For Our Kids and Door Number One invite you to join the Schools Climate Action Lab. This is designed for parents and caregivers across Canada, as a place to connect, strategize, and turn climate goals, like cleaner air and electric school buses, into reality for your schools.
The Lab brings together expert guidance and community power to help you make a tangible impact.
What to Expect from the Lab
Built for your busy schedule, this program provides everything you need to succeed. Join to access:
- A Self-Paced Mapping Module: A simple, step-by-step guide to help you 'map' your school community and build a customized action plan that works for your school
- 1:1 Mentoring: Book private time with an experienced organizer to talk through your specific challenges or use them as a sounding board for your ideas
- Â Live Guest Speaker Sessions: Join us in April and May 2026 for live online sessions featuring experts in school policy, climate health, and successful parent advocacy to network and learn from
- Microgrants: Participants will have the opportunity to submit their completed action plan to apply for small grants to help cover the costs of implementing a climate project in their school in 2026.

- When: The Lab's registration is open now until April 10th. The live sessions be held in April & May 2026 ( invitation links will be sent via email to those registered for the lab).
- Where: Online (Accessible from anywhere in Canada).
