Nova Scotian kids need cleaner, greener buses now!

Every day during the school year, children in Nova Scotia travel to school on buses that emit toxic fumes. As parents, grandparents, and caregivers, we are deeply concerned that the health of our children is being compromised daily by these buses. Diesel emissions, known to cause severe health issues, continue to pollute the air our children breathe while also contributing to climate impacts that will ultimately be felt most deeply by our kids. Nova Scotia is falling behind other provinces in its failure to start electrifying our school bus fleet.

This election, join with us in urging all parties to commit to cleaner, greener transportation solutions by beginning the electrification of the NS school bus fleet immediately, with a plan to reach 100% electric by 2035.
