In July 2025, For Our Kids Vancouver and CAPE BC sent an open letter to the BC Minister of Education, Lisa Beare, in support of climate education in our public schools. Over 175 signatories added their names, including organizations representing over 53,000 people!
After sending in the letter, we had a productive meeting with a representative of the Ministry of Education last October. But since then, the discussion has stalled.
